How to upload customer info for the Easy Review Builder and how often I should be doing that:

  1. Export customer info from your POS system. You might need to massage the info in the spreadsheet a bit, depending on the reporting options available. To upload customers you need to have a CSV file in the following format (sample file attached):

    First Name Last Name Email Mobile Phone Job ID (optional) CustomID (optional) Communication  Preference (Email or SMS) (if none set it uses Email) Tags
    Joe Smith joe@emailer.com 222-3222-2322 ABC 123 sms Auto
    Jane Carter jan@tehhe.com 333-2332-2322 TestMe email Boat
    Jack Sparrow matey@email.com 444-323-2383 VIP 456 890 Example RV

    (PLEASE NOTE: Only the first three columns are required. We must have first name, last name, and email. The others can be left out.)

  2. Log in to http://reviews.striderseo.com/
  3. Click on the Import Customers button.

  4. Upload the CSV file.
  5. Wait for the reviews to roll in!
We suggest doing manual uploads on a regular schedule. Most clients do it weekly, but you can opt for biweekly or monthly. The most important thing is to make it a habit. Don’t worry about duplicating website customers, the system will filter out duplicates.
